Sarasota Crew Winter Camps

November 23-25, 2024 Youth Camp (Sat-Mon)

November 23-25, 2024 (we still start early Saturday the 23rd, so please plan arrival the evening of Friday if you are coming from out of town!)
We will be done by late morning on the 25th with this group. In time to catch a flight that Monday afternoon!
We will be able to pick up and drop off rowers from the SRQ and TPA airports.
Nathan Benderson Park
Small Boat Work - all levels served - 1x's primarily
Must have some rowing experience and be with a high school rowing program.
Great coach to athlete ratio
Rowing, video review, nutrition, lifting and mobility sessions along with a true evaluation of your strengths and weaknesses as a rower.

November 24-26, 2024 (this option allows you to travel and arrive on Saturday to be able to start early Sunday the 24th.)
We will be done by late morning on the 26th with this group. In time to catch a flight that Tuesday afternoon!
We will be able to pick up and drop off rowers from the SRQ and TPA airports.
