Camp includes basic cooking and baking, food safety, restaurant etiquette and operations and will culminate in a four-course graduation dinner for two family members or friends on the last day, Thursday, prepared and served by the students in our mock restaurant. Each student will receive an embroidered Chef's Apron & Hat with their name, measuring spoons & measuring cup and a class course book. Students will prepare their lunch daily.
