Each morning begins with a field trip. In the afternoon, day campers
dive into exciting, hands-on S.T.E.A.M. activities inspired by the day’s field
trip adventure! From building and inventing to problem-solving and
imaginative play, they’ll bring their experiences to life in creative and
engaging ways. Every week offers a new theme, sparking curiosity and
exploration through fun-filled challenges and interactive projects!

This class focuses on preparing students for their SAT and ACT examinations.
We cover how to approach specific types of questions for each of the
Reading, English, Math and Science sections, as well as discuss general
standardized test taking strategies, time management skills and anxiety
relief techniques to ensure that students reach their full potential on these
exams. Study includes punctuation and possession rules, commonly
confused words, graph analysis, linear and quadratic equations, systems
of equations, percent, proportions, probability, statistics, trigonometry, area
and volume of common shapes and graphing various equations, as well
as general skills including how to effectively and efficiently find evidence in
the text, break down word problems and identify common tricks and traps
employed by both exams.
