Beyond the Spectrum- The Monarch Academy

The Monarch Academy is an academic program designed utilizing the Common Core Standards and Florida Sunshine Benchmarks for children diagnosed with Asperger’s, High Functioning Autism, Emotional Handicap, ADD, ADHD, and Anxiety Disorders. The goal of this program is to provide excellent individualized educational programs with a focus on Social Skills development and emotional wellness. The educational approach utilizes team building exercises, hands on educational programs and computer based curriculum. Behavioral Therapeutic approaches to social skill and emotional development are implemented throughout the school day.
