SCF Coding Academy

SCF Advanced Technology Center is a premier training center, promoting technical talent in Manatee, Sarasota, and surrounding counties to further economic opportunity in our state. We offer immersive courses, certificate programs, and seminars for in-demand technical skills. Our Youth+Innovation program specializes in providing technical training to elementary through pre-college students through STEM camps, field trips, pre-college emerging technology workshops, homeschool and afterschool enrichments, and FIRST LEGO League (FLL) robotics.

We have an ongoing LEGO Buildng and Coding Club homeschool enrichment for homeschoolers ages 8 to 13 years old that meets once a week for 90 minutes. Instruction is given by a FL certified technology teacher and uses LEGO Spike Prime.
