Charles Ringing Park- American Allegory Sculpture

This park is a small area with shaded picnic benches. Home for the American Allegory sculpture, hammered out of bronze copper, created in 1976 by Jack Cartlidge. It was acquired into the City Public Art Collection in 1976.
