Miss Sarasota Softball Complex

This 15-acre park was previously the home of the Sarasota Gun Club before all shooting activities were moved to Knight Trail Park in the mid-1980s. The land was originally acquired by Sarasota County in the 1940s. Miss Sarasota Softball, a girls' softball organization, has its headquarters here.

Miss Sarasota Softball is a nonprofit organization which provides a recreational fast pitch softball program for girls ages 4 1/2-16. Miss Sarasota Softball had its debut in 1973 and has continued to provide an outlet for the girls of our community ever since.

The Fall Season runs from September to November and the Spring Season runs from February to May.
