The Center For Family & Personal Growth, Inc. also specializes in training seminars and workshops concerning vital topics such as communication, assertiveness, stress reduction, empathy and trauma resolution. We believe that these can be helpful as an adjunct to therapy. Workshops vary regarding level and intensity. Some of the workshops are delivered to professional therapists only.
