Salvation Army Emerging Youth Program

The hard truth is that families in crisis have children in crisis. The Emerging Youth process frees children to experience social mobility in a global community.
Emerging Youth is a partnership between The Salvation Army and students in Sarasota County which utilizes The Salvation Army’s 150 year experience in character building programs to increase the social mobility of children by providing them with resources for stable living, positive incentives for enhanced learning and opportunities for experiential leading. The Salvation Army, in collaboration with other Sarasota organizations, provides incentives to encourage school engagement, reflect positive behavior and invest in their own future.
