Sarasota Opera - Youth Opera

Since 1984, Sarasota Youth Opera has given countless young people age 8 and above an opportunity to experience the magic of opera through participation in choruses, Sarasota Opera's main stage productions, and the Youth Opera's own productions.

Members of the Sarasota Opera Apprentice and Studio Artists programs engage students and teachers in interactive outreach sessions, providing young people with direct access to opera and the people behind the music.
Programs range from 45 minutes to 60 minutes and can be tailored to the grade level of the audience. Limited dates available so reservations must be made.
