Sarasota County Parks and Recreation - Therapeutic Recreation

Sarasota County works with numerous local organizations forming the T-REC Coalition of Sarasota County. The coalition is dedicated to offering organized therapeutic recreational programs designed for individuals with special needs as well as offering an inclusive approach to all recreation opportunities in Sarasota County. Monthly events including sporting events, pool and beach parties, walks, and the ever-popular dances that take place at varying venues throughout the county.
