Sarasota Bay Estuary Program Volunteer

The Sarasota Bay Guardians volunteer program engages people of all ages in ongoing efforts to restore and protect Sarasota Bay. The Sarasota Bay Guardians volunteers have donated thousands of hours to support the SBEP’s mission.

We gather on Saturday mornings at 9:00am and wrap up work by noon to enjoy a picnic lunch together.

Bay Guardians workdays include installing native plants, removing invasive exotic plants, creating oyster bags for reef building, cleaning up coastal areas, and more
