The excellent quality of our products is based on the use of the best raw material and the traditional processing methods. Gelato is the original ice cream made by Italian artisans. The traditional processing dates back to the renaissance period.

Why is Gelato healthy?

Because the base of our product is whole milk mixed with NON FAT DRY MILK and sugar. Gelato contains much less butterfat than regular ice-cream and little or no air, therefore less calories, less fat and its flavor stays intense from first bite to last.
