Hi, I’m Francesca Fago, the owner and operator of Simply Sweets SRQ. As the lead baker, decorator, chocolate treat maker, and cake pop creator, I’m passionate about spreading joy through my lifelong love of baking. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of sharing my creations with the Sarasota community, and I’m grateful for the support we’ve received. When I’m not busy in the bakery, I’m a mom to three wonderful kids and married to a dedicated Manatee County Guardian who supports and encourages me in this sweet adventure. I’m excited for what’s ahead and thankful for our amazing community!
