BFL Flag Football League is an NFL affiliated Youth Flag Football program for boys & girls ages 5-16 years old. We have over a decade of experience coaching children in a variety of sports with an emphasis on flag football. Our goal is to give each child a fun filled experience. This non-contact sport offers players an opportunity to learn about the game, exercise & make new friends! Flag football is a safe way for children to learn about teamwork which will help them succeed on & off the field.

Game Days: Saturday, 8 - 12pm
