We have a series of scholastic training programs that provide children and teenagers a safe, supervised sports training facility. The combination of exercises and motivation helps your child develop character and self-confidence, while also getting physically stronger, of course!
Our classes include:
Rookie (Ages 5-8): Your child will be introduced to the basic elements of exercise beyond simply playing to encourage coordination and athleticism.
Developmental (Ages 9-12): Your child will get the chance to begin weight-training, as well as put more focus on fitness training methods that benefits athletes in specific sports.
Prep (Ages 13-18): Your teen will workout in a program very much like a Division 1 collegiate program, further enhancing their strength, speed, agility, and focus.
