Ripcurl Lacrosse's mission is to ignite the passion, culture, and fellowship of lacrosse. Ripcurl lacrosse offers opportunities to learn lacrosse to all local community youth boys and girls. All youth players, regardless of experience or skill level are encouraged to enroll in our programs. Through lacrosse, we strive to teach confidence, teamwork, camaraderie, and life skills both on and off the field. Players of all ages and skill levels from Sarasota and other local surrounding communities are welcome.

3. To ensure fairness, inclusion, and equality for our players competing in lacrosse events.  

4. To build confidence, promote personal growth, and opportunities for lacrosse players both on and off the field.

5. To create a sense of camaraderie and belonging.  To support all those involved in the lacrosse community in an effort to grow the game.

6. A no-tolerance contract for all parents, players, and coaches is required so all commit to each other that we will compete and spectate with only the best sportsmanship possible (USA Lacrosse oath).
