Jiu Jitsu Program:
Our kids Jiu Jitsu program ranges from ages 5-12. We have two amazing classes split into smaller age groups and offer classes 4x per week for all our little ninjas!
Our teens program is for ages 12-16 and gives them their own space to learn and enjoy Jiu Jitsu without having to train with adults all the time.

Wrestling Program:
Build strength, confidence, and grit with kids wrestling! Wrestling is one of the best foundations for athletics, self-discipline, and mental toughness--and our kids' wrestling program is designed to help young athletes get stronger, move better, and gain real grappling skills!
