Miss Venice Fastpitch Softball Spring 2025 Season

Miss Venice Fastpitch Softball is a nonprofit organization that was established in 1995. Our recreational softball program is for girls between the ages of 4 1/2 - 16. Here we strive to teach each player the fundamentals of the game, guide them to have good sportsmanship like qualities whether they win or are defeated, on and off the fields and always ensure they are given a positive learning environment.

Miss Venice Spring 2025 Season

We have 5 divisions:
6U/ T-ball
8U/ Coach Pitch
10U/ Mini Minors
12U/ Minors
14/16U/ Majors

Our Spring season will run from February to May. Every Spring, Miss Florida hosts a Mid-Season during the regular Spring season. This year, Cape Coral is hosting this tournament which will be held Friday night, 4/5, Saturday 4/6 & Sunday 4/7. There is also an All-Star for select players, post-season in May. Players will be selected by the coaches in their age division based on effort, attitude, attendance & other factors. This tournament will be held at Miss Sarasota 5/17/24-5/1924. tournament as well as Allstar teams. The age division for your child goes by their age as of January 1, 2025. (Players can always move up if agreed upon by the Board of Directors, but cannot play in a younger division, if not eligible by DOB.)

-Multi Family registrations, please register each player under the same username to ensure you get our Multi Family discount.

We welcome all levels of experience. Girls aged 4 years old to 16 can play.

Our Opening Day will be February 22nd. All teams will play this day, we will start with a ceremony in the morning. This may also be our Picture Day.

•Registration will close on 01/30/2025 to ensure we have everything ordered in a timely manner for our players. Children may also be placed on a waiting list based on coaches that volunteer; registration is first come first served.

•The cost for T-ball is $50 and includes a jersey. Girls must be 4 years old prior to the start of the season. You cannot use the early bird discount for T-Ball.

•The cost for our players in 8U, 10U, 12U & 14+ Divisions is $125 and that includes a jersey, along with other league fees. There is an early Bird Discount of $25 if you sign up before 1/1/2025. After 01/30/2025 the rate goes to $150 as it will be considered late registration.

•We will be holding Evaluation Days for all divisions, except T-Ball, at Miss Venice Fields, to run drills and begin forming teams. The two days are 1/28/2025 & 1/30/2025 from 5:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. One of these days are mandatory! Please arrive 15-20 minutes early for check-in. You should expect to hear from your child’s coach by 2/3 with information regarding the first practice.

The practice and game schedules WILL NOT be created until registration closes and teams are formed. Practice schedules may vary based on your child's coach. Practices will usually be 1 time per week, for 1.5 hours each and games will be 1- time per week, for no longer than 1-hour 15minute
