Fit Kids with Coach Liya is a 45–minute, outdoor program on Tuesday mornings designed to get kids ages 6–13 moving and active while having fun, incorporating basic aerobic exercises and physical activities to get their hearts pumping and interests engaged. Our goal is to ensure all children participating have a wellness Foundation for a healthy future.
Recommended Shoes to Wear: Sneakers (no flip flops, Crocs, water shoes if possible please).
