Sharing a message of hope and healing is the primary purpose of Life;Story. It’s an opportunity for us to join together to promote community awareness and unite in our desire to support people impacted by suicide and thoughts of suicide. Your participation will help provide crisis care at Centerstone for people with little or no resources.
This year’s Life;Story is honoring veterans and military personnel hoping to bring heightened awareness to suicide prevention among those who have served this country and their families. Special guests will include Retired Marine Corps Major General James S. “Hammer” Hartsell, Executive Director of the Florida Department of Veterans’ Affairs, who served in the U.S. Marine Corps with honor for 37 years of active and reserve duty.
