Kids Open Gym at South Florida Gymnastics

Open gym is a non-instructional time for your child to practice skills independently and play with other kids in a fun, supervised, and safe environment. Open to SFG students and the public 5-17yrs old. Advanced registration is not required, but strongly encouraged to get your gymnast moving faster. The first 30 minutes of open gym is structured with warm-up, gymnastics fundamentals, and games The last 60 minutes is free play - gymnasts can jump on the trampoline, practice a cartwheel, balance on the beam, swing on the bars, and so much more
