Can you believe that FIT4MOM Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota is already celebrating our ONE YEAR anniversary!?!
This event is FREE for all moms in all stages of motherhood. If you are pregnant, just had a baby recently, or have a toddler that still sits in the stroller, this class is for you.
We will have a sampler class from 9am-10am with all three of our signature workouts (Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre,, and Strides 360) followed by special treats and refreshments from a couple of local small businesses that have been such a tremendous support this year.
We will have a Kid's corner with entertainment for your little(s). Sensory play, bubbles, books, and music!
We will have a raffle giveaway that every participant will be entered into AND a goody bag for everyone!
