Summer Solstice class - Join Lakewood Ranch and Sidewalk Science Center for an enchanting evening of observing the night sky using powerful telescopes. Learn about the Earth's orbit around the Sun, and the four geometric points that mark the solstices and equinoxes. Then explore features on the Sun with a solar telescope, and as night falls, learn how to locate and recognize planets along the solar system's ecliptic path. Ages 8+
