Introduce your kiddos to the chakras in a fun way. Every groovy kid will make their very own chakra spray infused with crystals and essential oils to support all of their chakras. Chakra is the Sanskrit word used to describe the energetic centers of the body, where we give and receive energy. They cannot be seen but they can be energetically felt, sensed, and known. When in balance Chakras supports us in creating optimal levels of health in mind, body, and soul. Feel free to arrive any time between 11AM - 12:45PM. This is a short and easy workshop that takes about 15 minutes and your kid(s) will get to make their own chakra spray to take home.
