We are excited to partner with Soar in 4 and Palmetto Historical Park to host another free Cardboard Challenge!

What's a cardboard challenge?
Families will design and build something out of cardboard, recycled materials, and imagination inspired by the prompts that will posted around the Palmetto Historical Park and Manatee County Agricultural Museum. This event will foster creativity, ingenuity, resourcefulness, and more as they engage in creative play.

From September 10- September 20, 2024 we are accepting cardboard boxes, toilet paper and paper towel rolls, cereal boxes, fabric scraps, twine, yarn, ribbon, cardboard egg cartons, ping pong balls, craft sticks, and any other CLEAN cardboard-like item that can be used at this event.
If you are able to save up any of these supplies that can be used by families on September 21st, please bring them in during our open hours. Thank you!
