Manatee County Stand Down - 25th Anniversary

Turning Points and our partners are hosting the 25th Anniversary Manatee County Stand Down on Nov 4th 2023.
Everyone is welcome to attend! Stand Down focuses on helping veterans and non-veterans who are at risk of homelessness or who are experiencing homelessness, connect to resources and receive critical needs services. Everyone and anyone who comes to Stand Down receives services that day. Plus there is live music, food, fun, and great camaraderie all morning! Over 600 attendees and volunteers participate.

Amnesty Court (only for Veterans)
Veterans Services
General and Mental Health Screenings (including flu shots)
Dental Screenings
Eye Exams
Resume Assistance
Lunch
Distribution of Hygiene Products
Clothing Distribution
Haircuts
Florida ID/Drivers License (only for Veterans)
