5:00 PM - 6:30 PM Upon arrival, you will be directed where to park by the Event Team, where to donate your entry fee of 2 food bank items per Jeep and where to pick up your event packet that includes the schedule, written route, event rules, information sheet and event sticker. BE SURE to get this packet from one of the Event Team before 6:15 PM. You'll also be able to put on any last minute decorations, grab something to eat and take a restroom break.
Be ready to go by 6:30!
6:30 PM Event Team begins lining up Jeeps for departure. Please follow their direction.
7:00 PM Parade begins rolling!
