Balanced Kids Yoga at Party Palace

In this 2-hour yoga party, we will explore yoga poses and partner exercises to build community. We'll learn breathing exercises to calm us when things get tough. We'll participate in magical guided meditations that ignite our creativity and play games that build trust and inspire kindness.
Students will also participate in mindful art, making and learning about the history of kindness rocks and stringing and learning how to use a mala meditation bracelet.

Denver Clark has been teaching movement and mindfulness to kids in the Sarasota/Bradenton area since she was 13 years old and working at her parent's dance studio. As a certified yoga therapist, Denver is the founder of Balanced Kids Yoga, offering classes and events for kids of all ages and abilities as well as Kid's Yoga Teacher Training certified with the Yoga Alliance of America.
She has two little girls of her own (age 9 and 1) and she loves practicing yoga and playing the singing bowls with them.
