Our groovin' babies class (walking - 2 years) on SUNDAY will explore:
Strengthening & flexibility
Balance, jumping, bouncing, walking and running
Brain development
Social development
Breathing activities
Bonding with YOU
This class is offered for FREE and will be filmed for Yoga Teacher training purposes.
*Participants will be asked to sign a video release waiver
