Our 8 week culinary course begins Wednesday, March 13th - May 8th (No class during Spring Break March 27th)
Course cost is $600.00 and as a convenience is divided into three payments of $200.00. First registration payment holds spot. A credit card will be required to be on file for second and third payments billed at the first of each month.
Each young chef will compete on a team and are challenged to cook a dish using a key ingredient or theme. Students will be judged on their dish for presentation, use of key ingredient, taste & flavor and overall by parent judges each week.
Each chef will receive instruction on health and hygiene, use of kitchen equipment and utensils, use of various spices and ingredients, instruction on proper cooking temperatures and preparation of a meal, measurements and get to eat their meal creation after the judging each week.
Each chef will receive a personalized apron and cook book of their recipes by the end of the course.
No Refunds. Should cancellation become necessary, your credit card will be charged for the remainder of the course.
