Embark on a 60-minute Community Healing Session led by Travis Ray—200 Hour Yoga Teacher, Reiki, and Sound Practitioner. Experience gentle yoga, guided meditation, Yoga Nidra "Yogic Sleep", and immersive sound for inner rejuvenation. Together, let's explore breath, movement, and sound to cultivate peace, balance, and connection within ourselves and our surroundings. Join Travis on the mat for a journey toward wellness and wholeness. What you will need: -A yoga mat -A towel or blanket to support your knees or covering yourself. -A bottle of water.
