Suncoast Remake Learning Days - Family Mediation and Fun

We are delighted to offer this Family Meditation Class at our Center. This program is designed to help families (ages 8 -adults) develop a peaceful, positive state of mind by listening to and applying Buddha’s simple compassionate teachings and meditations. We will emphasize kindness to others and the cultivation of a happy heart. Families will benefit from this class by learning how to maintain a peaceful mind even in difficult situations.
