Be sweet on the planet this Earth Day! The Charlotte Harbor Environmental Center in Punta Gorda will hold its annual Earth Day event on Saturday, April 20th from 9 am to 1 pm. Featuring a native plant and bake sale, there will be a beautiful selection of plants to incorporate into your home landscape that will also benefit local wildlife. Not to mention, delicious baked goods and fresh lemonade. There will be educational exhibits featuring Florida wildlife as well as Vertical Oyster Gardening. Don’t miss taking a stroll through the brand new Butterfly Sanctuary.

There is something for everyone to enjoy at CHEC this Earth Day!
