Suncoast Remake Learning Days - Family Yoga and Art

Families come gather to move, breathe, play, and
make art together! Participants will learn poses and
techniques to both energize and calm their bodies,
and create space and freedom in their hearts and
minds. Then, they will engage in an art making
activity. Each piece created will come together to
create a large heart mosaic. We are each unique, but
we all come together to make something
extraordinarily beautiful and unifying! After a group
photo, participants will get to leave with their creation.
