Join the City of North Port for our annual Freedom Festival, presented by American Irrigation. This family-friendly signature event includes fun activities, great vendors, plenty of food options, and of course fireworks. Kick off the event with an unforgettable opening ceremony! Hear inspiring remarks from City officials, followed by a powerful performance of the National Anthem by the 2025 North Port's Got Talent winner. The ceremony will conclude with an awe-inspiring flyover by the Gulf Coast Raptors Formation Flight Team. It’s the perfect way to start a day of celebration and patriotism—don’t miss it!
On the front Event Lawn of the stadium will be a Kids Fun Zone, which will feature free activities including bounce houses, lawn games, music, and more. New this year—Carnival Games available with card purchases only! The Loveland Center will also offer a low-sensory area for children with special needs.
Inside the stadium, a variety of vendors and community organizations stationed alongside the concourse will offer goods and informational booths. Live music will be performed throughout the night.
Seating will be available both inside the stadium and outside on the Event Lawn. If watching the fireworks show from the Event Lawn, the public is welcome to bring blankets or chairs to enjoy the show. No personal fireworks, sparklers, animals, or stickers will be permitted.
Get ready for a high-energy, interactive musical experience with American Made – a band that’s more than just a band. Covering crowd-pleasing hits from the 60s through the 80s, American Made delivers a fun-filled performance that turns every show into a party. From dancing in a conga line to joining the band on stage for bongos and limbo, the audience is always part of the action.
