FIT4MOM Strides 360 at Summerfield Community Park

Increase your endurance and speed to sprint through mom life with Strides 360®! Come play with your mom friends, with or without the stroller, during this 60-minute heart-pumping workout that will energize you for the rest of your day! This class is like a HIIT class. Don't forget lots of water, electrolyte replacement, sun protection, stroller fans, snacks and hydration for the kiddos.

You must cancel at least two hours before class is scheduled or you will be charged a $10 no show or late cancel fee. If you must cancel within that two hours, we understand but you MUST text Chrissy Picciotto or your instructor to let them know.
