Welcome to the salt-water lifestyle! Join me, Emily, for a wellness session, targeted to explore team-building skills, internal confidence, and creative self-expression with adventure, movement, art and mindfulness! Each wellness session has been created to orient kiddos to align with their authentic self, with no prior paddle experience required. Prior to the class, the client will receive basic SUP 101, (basic paddle skills and safety).
