Teens will be guided through a variety of postures and breathing exercises to keep them actively interested, engaged, and challenged. They'll have fun getting fit, improving strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. In addition to this, they will learn strategies to build self-esteem, regulate emotions, strengthen concentration, and cope with stress. This class is for tweens & teens ages 13-19.
