THE LEGEND OF SLEEPY HOLLOW

The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, based on Washington Irving’s classic tale, is set in the late 18th century and follows the eerie adventures of Ichabod Crane, a superstitious schoolteacher competing for the affection of Katrina Van Tassel. His rival, Brom Bones, and the legendary Headless Horseman add intrigue and suspense to this haunting story. Amanda Heisey’s original adaptation brings the tale to life with live actors, atmospheric lighting, and sound effects, utilizing the natural ambiance of the Sarasota Polo Club to enhance the supernatural elements.
