Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms do with their babies. It includes cardio and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using resistance bands and your own body weight. Stroller Strides is taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors and it is a safe workout for any mom in any stage of motherhood! Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises over the course of an hour, all while spending time with other moms in our village!
