Come join us at the Flock on Saturdays for our Total Body Tone Mommy + Me workout! This class features free weights, resistance bands, body weight exercises, AND incorporates your little ones during our workouts as applicable! This class is appropriate for moms and babies of all ages (0-4). All exercises are safe for postpartum moms and all fitness levels!
