Laughter Yoga for Health & Well-Being
Join us in celebrating the 30th Anniversary of Laughter Yoga, a joyful, healthful movement that began in 1995 by Dr. Madan Kataria in India. This heartwarming practice has blossomed into a global phenomenon, reaching over 120 countries and thousands of laughter clubs, all centered around the simple yet powerful act of choosing laughter yoga for your health and well-being.
We invite you to participate in a delightful day of laughter, lunch, and learning! Experience the uplifting benefits of Laughter Yoga through multiple engaging sessions, with the added benefits of deep breathing, stretching and calming relaxation. Participate in an informative workshop including research and the many ways to apply Laughter Yoga.
Lunch is included along with a Q&A session where you can dive deeper into the practice. No experience is needed, all abilities are welcome, you may choose to be seated throughout if needed.
To top it all off, join us for a refreshing outdoor laughter session in the courtyard open to everyone. Come share in the joy and discover how Laughter Yoga can enhance well-being and strengthen communities.
This event is open to all ages. During the workshop portion- young ones will join a facilitator for special activity at carpeted side of room. The outdoor session is especially exciting for all ages.
