Van Wezel’s Family Literacy Night promotes literacy and family engagement through arts-integrated activities inspired by Van Wezel Schooltime performances. Families will enjoy free dinner together before embarking on three fun-filled arts-integrated activities that look at learning through an arts lens. These hands-on activities will celebrate Hawaiian culture and model interactive ways families can learn together! This event will reflect on the Van Wezel Schooltime performance of The Pa’akai We Bring, a beautiful story about family.
