Sidewalk Astronomy for Families

  • When: Friday, May 2, 2025,  7:30 pm -  9:30 pm
  • Location: 444 3rd Ave W, Bradenton, FL 34205
  • Cost: free

Join SSC astronomers for an evening of gazing at the Moon! We'll have telescopes trained on the Moon and Jupiter, and maybe a few cool stars and star clusters, too! All are welcome, and we encourage you to bring your own telescope.

This will be the FINAL public astronomy event Sidewalk Science Center hosts in Bradenton, Florida.

This event is generously sponsored by the Patterson Foundation as part of the annual Suncoast Remake Learning Days, a 15-day festival celebrating hands-on education with hundreds of events that are free for all ages.
