Join us for our annual Tai Chi and Qigong celebration in Bradenton! For over a decade, Dr. Brian and Cypress Pillar Healing Arts have partnered with Manatee County Natural Resources to host World Tai Chi Day. On April 29, from 9 am to 11 am, we will gather to share one world, one breath. This event is FREE and open to ALL LEVELS of Tai Chi and Qigong Practitioners. We will meet at the Amphitheater (please park in the GT Bray parking that is located off of 51st, near the Happy Trails Dog Park) and play Tai Chi together in the beautiful shade of the oaks. The event will feature a number of different Tai Chi and Qigong instructors who will each lead a short set for you to try out different styles. As World Dance Day is the same day, we will also have ShimmyBOOM Dance opening the event for us with a short moving meditation. Tai Chi and Qigong have multiple health benefits, including helping to improve balance, lower stress and blood pressure, improve flexibility, and more. Come try out and join people all over the world for this initiative to all experience the benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong together! You can join us in person for this *FREE* event at GT Bray park.
